Danielle Hughes, Nurse Practitioner

Danielle Hughes is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner who established her practice working with the Native American population in rural Wisconsin as a primary care provider. She has a reputation for offering a detailed, comprehensive and nurturing approach to healthcare. Dr. Hughes is expanding her family practice in Texas to include Hormone Replacement Therapy and Weight Loss. Dr. Hughes utilizes a patient-centered approach to care; emphasizing lifestyle modification paired with evidence-based medicine and educational resources. Her family practice is designed to meet the patient’s physical and emotional needs utilizing an integrated and collaborative approach to care.

Dr. Hughes has 25 years of Healthcare and Leadership experience. She is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) and Texas Nurse Practitioner (TNP). She and her husband of 25 years reside in Houston, Texas. They enjoying running and biking. Together, they have completed several half marathons and 10k races. They have two adult children. Danielle has a passion for helping vulnerable populations of people reach their highest level of health.
